Ordered these to mount a pair of Hella horns to my engine protection bars. Had concerns about the mounts being able to handle the load of the horns as they had to be mounted at a right angle to the mount. Have put a few hundred miles on the bike after mounting, and have observed no problems so far. Very good quality for and excellent price, with prompt shipment.

I have recently installed the crash bar mounting brackets.
They are built of machined aluminum with a gloss black coating. The bracket comes with 3 shim sizes to accommodate 3 common round tube sizes. The coating looks uniform, consistent through out the product. Fasteners are stainless steel.
The mounting tab for the light pivots and has detentes to secure its angle, also 360 degree rotation.
I found the mounts to be adequately adjustable and well built. Also very fairly priced.

I mounted these high on Touratech upper crash bars on an R1200GSW.
PROS: Clamps are well engineered and fit tight. The mount tab can be positioned in various orientations and has a peg+hole combo for alignment and keeping it secure.
CONS: The crash bars aren't perfectly round near bends and other places. I found the inserts to be finicky and hard to use. Maybe rubber ones would work better?

Just bought my second set of these. I have looked at others but these really fit the bill. Very discrete. I mount the Model30 spotlight above wired to a switch and a smaller LED flood light upside down below wired to switch on with the ignition as a pair of daytime running lights. A bolt through the rotating mounting tab holds it all together. The crash bar mount works perfectly in this application.

The mount itself is very well made and designed. Even down to the way the mounting platform rotates and has 0/45/90 degree spots it 'clicks' into for a solid stop. However, the provided rings which are intended to allow for a variety of bar diameters don't provide enough flexibility for my Touratech crash bars on the G650GS. Those bars are on the small side at 3/4" diameter, but they don't work for it regardless. So, I asked for help and had a great discussion with the owner about the pros and cons of doing a rubber buffer in the mount versus going with the fork mounts. Good stuff.

I used these on OEM GS Adventure crashbars, they needed a bit of filing but worked out very clean and secure. Would otherwise be 5 stars

Nice fabricated, complete with different sleeves to permit mounting on crashbars from different manufacturers - except the factory bars from BMW. Which given the market seems odd. 'Required quite a bit of extra grinding on the sleeves to make work. Once done they work well.

Solid mount, good materials, easy fitting. Decent price as well. Recommended.

Really good over all. Nice to have adjustment to fit any size tube. Makes mounting easy and gives the ability to remount in different locations. Finish was good but corners could be softer for a cleaner look. We'll thought out and functional product.

These are great mounts for crashbars. I mounted them on my V-strom and then mounted LED lights to them. They seem to hold securely and are well made. Hoping they hold up well over time.
